No frills, a sharp blade and a refined handle, bringing out the quality of the finish and the beauty of the wood. All based on the Japanese notion of Kanso:
Kanso (簡素) : Simplicity, stripping away everything superfluous, highlighting the essential.

Sleeve:
Cherry: Elegant and warm wood, characterized by its reddish to pinkish brown color which darkens over time. The cherry tree symbolizes natural beauty and sophistication.
Ebony: Precious and dense wood, known for its deep and uniform black color. Ebony symbolizes elegance, rarity and sophistication.
Blade:
9cm stainless steel blade, thin and versatile.
I chose these blades from Pallarès Solsona, founded in 1917 in Spain, for their refined design but not only that.
These blades rocked my childhood and adolescence, this forge being based 1 hour from my home, these versatile blades were everywhere around me, they are easy to sharpen and I have always appreciated their sharpness and their aesthetics.
As the wood is always different, each knife is completely unique and may vary from the model shown in the image.
